WING FOIL LESSONS

beginner wing foil LESSON

During the beginner lesson, we will instruct you on gear preparation, guide you on handling the wing, ensuring you understand proper hand placement on the handles, and teach you the correct wing positioning for navigating upwind and downwind. Once you feel comfortable with the dry exercises, we'll demonstrate how to safely carry the gear to the water and enter it. Once in the water, you'll begin by kneeling on the foilboard and steering it by adjusting the wing's positioning. Once you've grasped the basic maneuvers, you can progress to standing on your feet, building momentum, and experiencing your initial flights on the foilboard. Typically, our students achieve their first glides above the water within 2-3 hours. If you already have prior experience in watersports, particularly foiling, your learning curve will likely be even faster.
